HOW IT WORKS
Number One this app is fantastic, Number Two, this app is fantastic. Hopefully you get the picture? It's free to install on your phone (or Apple Watch if you're lucky enough to have one) for both Apple and Android users. Just click one where you use Apple or Android for the correct download page.
WHAT YOU GET
A totally free running companion that tracks and motivates your runs. You even get an email which alerts you if you haven't been on your regular run - you'd think this would be annoying but it's what most of us need to get running. In the 1000's of miles we used it to run to it's never let us down and is very simple to use. If you are getting more professional and want to share runs with the Runkeeper community you can upgrade to the paid version (we only upgrade when running a competive race like 10k or 1/2 marathons!). But there's so many features for free that it's a steal!
